About Cookies

What we store

Portway sets only its own cookies. No ad networks and no third-party cookies.

Sign-in (necessary): access_token (1 day) and refresh_token (14 days) keep you signed in to the app. They are set only when you sign in.
Your choices (necessary): portway_consent (12 months) remembers your answer about visit statistics. portway_acting_org_id is set only for Portway's own support staff while working in a specific organisation.
Visit statistics (only with your consent): if you say yes we load Umami, which we host ourselves in the EU, and Vercel Web Analytics. Both count page views without cookies and without identifying you. Personal links, such as a survey or a cancellation, are sent without the link's key. If you say no, neither is loaded.
Marketing: we use no marketing cookies and no ad tracking.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. You can also delete cookies in your browser. We will then ask again on your next visit, and removing the sign-in cookies signs you out.

Legal basis

Visit statistics rely on your consent and do not load without it. The sign-in cookies and your saved choice are necessary for the service you are using. The website is operated by Portway AB (reg. no. 559593-7532).

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. Any changes will be posted on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
